Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

All orders can be returned within 14 days from the date the item was received for a full refund to your original payment form. Received date will be verified using your tracking information. If 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, we can offer store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.  

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at help@eyecandyla.com to notify us and we offer a FREE RETURN label.

Any non-returnable items will be processed for store credit in the form on an online gift card.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business day of your credit card billing cycle.



LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted so please check with your credit card company as well. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@eyecandyla.com.
